Axiom Space
- Amir joined Axiom Space in 2016 as the company’s first employee, working to form the company’s strategy, and working with the founders to lead all non-engineering aspects of the business. He is a seasoned aerospace executive and investor and today serves as Axiom’s Chief Investment Officer, responsible for the company’s large-scale strategic partnerships, corporate development, and corporate venture.
- Amir has over 20 years of investment finance, operations management, board management, compliance and transactional experience. He served as Managing Director of the world’s leading early-stage space investment syndicate operating in 11 countries, and was responsible for funding companies that developed lunar landers, communication networks, Earth imaging satellites, antennae, and exploration technologies.
Edison Yu leads coverage of Global Space & Aerial Mobility at Deutsche Bank where he focuses on the New Space economy and advent of eVTOL/UAM (electric vertical take-off and landing/urban air mobility). Edison also covers the China EV stocks listed in the US. Edison was chosen by Business Insider as a Rising Star in its 2021 selection for up-and-comers in equity research. Before Deutsche Bank, Edison worked at Guggenheim Securities and CLSA covering US autos; he began his career covering tech hardware at Evercore ISI. He is a graduate of NYU Stern School of Business.
