I. Electronic information services
Upon successful registration you will receive the selected electronic information package as a service offer from Deutsche Bank AG, Deutsche Bank Research, for which there is no charge. You may terminate the sending of electronic information to your address at any time and without any notice period. To cancel a service that has been ordered please click on the Unsubscribe link in the e-mail of delivery. If there is any change to your contact data please click on the menu items Service - Personal data on the upper right-hand side of the website.
Use of the content is governed by the related terms and conditions of use for the Website as well as by the particular legal notices pertaining to the respective content.
II. General rules
No guarantees shall be made for data security during transmissions via internet or e-mail. There is a risk that information contained in an e-mail and its attachments – including confidential information – may be intercepted or destroyed during transmission, may go astray or arrive late. Even though Deutsche Bank AG will take appropriate measures to mitigate this risk, users themselves are responsible for the security of their IT environment and the means of communication used.
DB shall not provide any guarantee that the Website will be available to users at any specific time. In particular, DB shall not give any guarantees covering the event of disruptions, interruptions or possible discontinuation of its service offer, nor that the content submitted by users will be permanently stored or permanently available.
If at any time a provision (or part of a provision) of these terms and conditions is deemed or becomes illegal, invalid or not enforceable according to the norms of a given legal system, the legality, validity or enforceability of the other provisions (or the other parts of such provision) of these terms and conditions shall not be affected in this or any other legal system.
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by German law. Every private user who is not a resident of one of the countries in which Council Regulation (EC) No. 44/2001 of December 22, 2000 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters finds application or which are party to the Lugano Convention of September 16, 1988 on jurisdiction and the enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters, and have ratified the same, as well as all commercial users are subject in cases of legal disputes in connection with these terms and conditions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
DB reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions of use from time to time with effect in the future. Any relevant changes will be posted on the Website or users will be informed via e-mail for their review.
